By accessing or using the website, services, courses, or coaching programs offered by GOLD Communication and Business Coaching 2 (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Michelle Matthews, Located in Houston,TX , you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

- Coaching – One-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on communication and personal development
- Consulting & Advisory – Strategic guidance for individuals and organizations
- Online Courses – Self-paced and facilitated courses, including GOLD Nuggets of Communication, hosted on the Skool platform
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts & Skool Community
Some of our course content is delivered through the Skool platform. When you enroll, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Not share access with others
- Comply with Skool’s own terms of service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior within the community.
5. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been arranged
- We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed purchases
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and personal nature of our services:
- Online Courses: All sales are final once access has been granted. Refunds are not available after you have accessed course materials.
- Coaching & Consulting Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at Support within 7 days of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our courses — including but not limited to the GOLD Communication framework, course materials, videos, worksheets, text, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Michelle Matthews and Business Coaching 2.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
- Use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission
- Share login credentials or course access with third parties
Personal, non-commercial use for your own learning is permitted.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, consulting, or course participation. Results vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.
GOLD Communication is not a licensed therapy or mental health service. Our coaching is educational and developmental in nature.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLD Communication and Business Coaching 2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or reliance on any advice given during coaching sessions.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions. Likewise, you agree not to publicly disclose, record, or share session content without our prior written consent.
11. Code of Conduct
By participating in our community, courses, or sessions, you agree to:
- Treat all participants, coaches, and staff with respect
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
- Engage honestly and in good faith
- Not disrupt the learning environment of others
Violations may result in immediate removal from programs without refund.
12. Third-Party Links & Platforms
Our website and courses may reference or link to third-party platforms (such as Skool). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of TEXAS, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
